Co-Founder of Foxy Tongue Voices

Siân Fox is a multi-award-winning audio producer and director, and the Co-Founder of Foxy Tongue Voices. She’s produced global campaigns for brands including Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Rolex, Samsung and Mattel, alongside podcasts, documentaries, live radio, and audio tours.

In January 2025, she co-founded Foxy Tongue Voices with her best friend Alex, a female-run voiceover agency built by producers with producers in mind. They’ve already made quite the wave in the space and they’re having a wonderful time doing it!

Director & Casting Director

Donald Pirie is one of Scotland’s most recognisable voices and one of the UK’s top Voice Directors, Casting Directors and voice-over coaches. His voice is heard across ITV, BBC Radio Scotland, Channel 4’s 15 to 1 and four seasons of Unexplained: Caught on Camera, with clients including AXA, Microsoft, NHS and FreeAgent. As a director and casting director, Donald has worked with major studios such as Ubisoft, Rebel Wolves, and a wide range of AAA and indie developers, with credits including Anno: Pax Romana, The Blood of Dawnwalker, and directed animated series’ for Netflix, ITV and more.

He also runs one of the UK’s leading voice-over training programmes, known for practical, industry-focused coaching that helps actors deliver authentic, confident performances.

Alex is an award winning creative director and filmmaker who has worked in the TV industry for over 27 years. He started in live television working in live TV at channel 4 before switching to promo and advertising. Alex has worked for some of the biggest brands on TV including Channel 4 / FilmFour / E4 / MTV and ITV and now works as the creative director of commercial partnerships for the nation's biggest ad funded broadcaster.

Alex has written and directed for some of the biggest stars and voice over talent in the business - Including Terrence Stamp / Ant & Dec / Jonathan Ross / Patrick Allen / Peter Dickson / Stephen Fry / Elizabeth Conboy / Sir Trevor McDonald / Daniel Kallluya and many more.

Lead Producer & Casting Director at Liquid Violet

From the stage to the studio, Chris' career is rooted in a decade of experience as a professional actor. This performance-first perspective fueled his transition into casting and production, allowing him to bring a unique dual perspective to the industry. After roles in talent management and a tenure at 'Side', Chris joined 'Liquid Violet', where he has been a key fixture for the last four years leading performance-driven projects and specializing in high-level voiceover.

This is Chris' first time appearing publicly as a speaker, so do be nice to him!

Helen Bee has been designing brands and building websites since 2000, with a background in marketing and advertising agencies working for global clients. In 2015 she turned her focus to the voiceover industry and found her people.

Together with her husband Rob, Helen co-founded B Double E, a support services company dedicated entirely to voice actors, helping them to be Seen and Heard. In 2026 she was recognised with a SOVAS award for Outstanding Website. Helen is also the organiser of The Voiceover Social. She and Rob also present The Voiceover Social Podcast together.

Voiceover Producer & Home Studio Mentor

Rob Bee has been working as a producer in the voiceover industry since 2001, and in that time has helped hundreds of voice actors transform their relationship with technology, from fearful to fearless.

Together with his wife Helen, Rob co-founded B Double E, a support services company helping voice actors to be Seen and Heard, and a three-time winner of Best Service Provider at the UK One Voice Awards.

Rob's specialism is studio setups, helping voice actors build their recording spaces, get to grips with their software, and develop the confidence to record, deliver and run sessions without breaking a sweat. Rob is also the organiser of The Voiceover Social, a collection of local in-person meet-ups for voice actors globally. He and Helen present The Voiceover Social Podcast together.

Voice Artist, Actress & Communication Coach

Voice of Classic FM | Award-Winning Voice Artist, Actress & Communication Coach Sara Griffiths is an award-winning actor and voiceover artist, and the station voice of Classic FM. She works across commercials, documentaries, games and narration, with recent clients including Kalms, Aquafresh and Boots No.7. She voices Ray in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories alongside Sylvester McCoy, having played her originally in the tv series, and has recorded multiple characters for the video game Asfalia.

A double award winner at the One Voice Awards 2025 for Best Radio Promo (Classic FM) and Best IVR Performance (Nationwide), Sara is also nominated again this year. Alongside her work as a performer, Sara coaches voice artists, actors and professionals in communication, presence and performance, helping individuals connect more authentically and confidently with their audience.
